RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RAYJEN APPAREL prides itself on quality apparel and customer satisfaction and understands that purchasing online doesn't always go as planned and sometimes you may need to return a product.

You can return any garment for a full refund/exchange if it is within 21 days (Australia) & 28 days (International) from the order date and the eligibility criteria is met.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

- Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in anyway.

- Tags MUST still be attached to be accepted for return/exchange.

- Have no damage or markings on the garment.

Once we have received your email request to return/exchange your product/s RAYJEN APPAREL will send you the appropriate return/exchange form for completion and the return address will be provided upon eligibility of return/exchange.

We recommend that you return your parcel via registered or traceable post, as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by RAYJEN APPAREL.

Note:

- Returns/exchanges are paid for at the customers own expense.

- International orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your own expense.

- Returns are your responsibility until they reach RAYJEN APPAREL, so please ensure they are packed securely so they do not get damaged.

- RAYJEN APPAREL reserves the right to refuse an exchange/refund should we deem the above criteria has not been strictly adhered to.

FAULTY ITEMS

Before being dispatched all garments are quality control checked to ensure superior quality and customer satisfaction. However if you believe that an item you have purchased has a manufacturing fault or is damaged please email and send photo evidence to contact@rayjenapparel.com as soon as possible. We will assess the garment and if it is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, we will gladly organise a replacement or refund, at our discretion. We will happily provide a means of return postage for faulty purchases.

* Personal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault.
